Textbook Narcissism is a small collective for artists, designers, and developers who want to make software the way people make zines: independently, carefully, and on their own terms.
What we do
We design and publish mobile apps. Each release is made by one person or a small crew — no growth teams, no engagement dashboards, no product committee. The collective handles the unglamorous parts (publishing, distribution, the paperwork) so the people making things can focus on the work.
Our projects tend to be small, opinionated, and finished. We'd rather ship one considered thing than maintain ten mediocre ones.
